Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per night UK pounds. £85/night (minimum stay 3 nights)
The preferred changeover day is Saturday but we could be flexible ... just e'mail us to enquire and we will try to accommodate you.
After many years of being frustrated at the increase in price for a family break during school holidays we decided on a flat rate of just £595 a week for the fifty two weeks of the whole year. So if you do have children you need not feel penalized for not taking your children out of school in term time. Alternatively if you do not have children our flat rate of £595 per week is very competitive and good value for money in this lovely Thai villa.
We also request a security deposit of £100 to cover any losses or breakages . This will be returned minus deductions for losses and any breakages, after your holiday.
Payment by Paypal is welcome 
We require a non-refundable 30% deposit within 7 days after booking and the balance 6 weeks before occupancy.
Discounts are available for long term rentals – please contact us.
Although a safe is provided at the villa valuables are left at your own risk
No camping is permitted in the property grounds, and only registered guests may stay at the villa.
